The Theodore Payne Foundation for Wild Flowers & Native Plants is non-profit organization in the Los Angeles area. It's goal is to inspire and educate the people of Southern California about the beauty of California native plants and their ecological benefits.
Though I always lived in apartments when I was in California and never had a garden there, I would visit the TPF just to enjoy what they had to offer and to educate myself for hopes of more greatly incorporating native species into my projects.
