2012-08-17 - Watts Towers

The Watts Towers are a large scale sculpture made by Simon Rodia in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles. It was built between 1921 and 1954.

The Peace and Unity mural is not part of the Watts Towers, but was nearby. It commemorated the anniversary of the Watts Truce.
